It’s all about gut health. Our Rebuild Your Microbiome program is a six month journey to teach you the foundations of the microbiome and provide personalised support to your gut healing journey. Suitable for the following conditions: dysbiosis, leaky gut, Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Chron’s Disease and Coeliac Disease. You don’t need to do it alone – with the right support we can rebalance your gut and transform your entire digestive system and overall health, wellness and longevity. As Hippocrates said over 2000 years ago, “all disease starts in the gut”, and so too does all health.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE:

• Your initial consultation (60 minutes);
• A fully personalised nutrition program including real food and microbiome education, example meal plans and gut-friendly recipes;
• Gut testing analysis, blood test analysis and a personalised supplementation plan;
• Access to practitioner-grade supplements with detailed education specific to dose, timing, contraindications and duration;
• Five follow up consultations, conducted every 4-6 weeks (30 minutes);
• Five coaching calls (15 minutes); and
• Email support for your program duration (approximately 6 months).
